Winding hill roads
The roads out of town bend and double back as they climb into the foothills. They draw long, looping lines across the upper part of the map.

Kulasegaram Map Poster & Print
Kulasegaram is an inland town in Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu, where the coastal plain rises into the foothills of the Western Ghats. The surrounding country is hilly and green, and rubber plantations cover many of the slopes around the town, an unusual sight in Tamil Nadu and a sign of how close it is to Kerala.
The town grew up around a junction of roads. Some climb into the hills and toward the reservoirs in the Ghats, while others run down toward the coast. From above, the streets twist to follow the land, and patches of plantation and forest press close to the edges of the built-up area.
A Kulasegaram map poster shows that meeting of hill and town: winding roads, short lanes and plenty of irregular open ground. It is a more textured map than a plains town, full of curves and shifts in direction.

Plantation slopes
Rubber estates on the hillsides leave broad areas with few roads, framing the denser town centre.
A road junction town
Several routes meet in the centre, giving Kulasegaram a clear focal point where the busiest streets cross.

For people from the western part of Kanyakumari district, Kulasegaram is where the hills begin. A framed map keeps that landscape of estates and winding roads close wherever they live now.
Personalise the title with a family name or house name and add a date to the subtitle. Choose one of five styles; Noir makes the looping roads stand out, and Paper gives a softer, warmer tone.
