Likino-Dulevo lies in the east of Moscow Oblast, in a region of forests, peat bogs and small rivers. As the name suggests, the town was formed from two settlements. On the map, this shows as two separate clusters of streets, each grown around its own factory, joined by roads and newer housing.
Dulevo is known throughout Russia for its porcelain factory, whose painted tableware has been produced for generations. Likino is home to a plant that builds buses for city routes across the country. Each factory site stands out on the map as a large block of land with its own access roads.
