Mangalam Map Poster & Print
Mangalam is in western Tamil Nadu, just west of Tiruppur, in the Kongu region between Coimbatore and Erode. From above, the town lies on flat, dry land. A cluster of older streets surrounds the central area, and newer houses and small industrial buildings spread along the roads that lead out towards Tiruppur and the villages around it.
The area around Tiruppur is one of India's largest centres for knitwear and garment production, and that influence reaches Mangalam. On a map, the mix of residential lanes, larger workshop and factory plots, and farmland between them shows a place that is partly village and partly an extension of the textile economy.
A Mangalam map poster shows this blended landscape: the close grain of the older streets, the larger blocks of newer buildings and the open fields that remain. It is a clear portrait of a town shaped by its location in the Kongu textile belt.

Road towards Tiruppur
The main road east connects the town to Tiruppur. Buildings line it, stretching the town's outline in that direction.
Mixed plots and fields
Workshops, houses and farmland sit side by side on the outskirts, giving the map a varied pattern of large and small shapes.
