Brussels–Charleroi Canal
The canal crosses the municipality in a long, deliberate line. It is the clearest feature on the map and the reason the town's name refers to a bridge.

Pont-à-Celles Map Poster & Print
Pont-à-Celles sits in the province of Hainaut, just north of Charleroi, in the rolling farmland of Wallonia. It is a municipality made up of several villages, including Luttre. From above, it looks less like one town than a set of centres joined by country roads, with open fields in between.
The defining line is the Brussels–Charleroi Canal, which runs through the municipality in long, engineered stretches. Alongside it, the smaller River Piéton meanders more freely. Railway lines and roads cross the waterways at a few points. Together they draw a network of straight and curving strokes across the landscape.
A Pont-à-Celles map poster shows that layered geography well. The canal forms a firm diagonal, the village cores appear as small knots of streets and the farmland in between gives the design room to breathe. It is a map of a place defined as much by its connections as by its centres.

Scattered village cores
Pont-à-Celles, Luttre and the other villages appear as separate clusters of streets. Short roads through open fields link them to one another.
Rail and river
A railway line and the winding Piéton add secondary rhythms. They cross and follow the canal, which makes the composition layered without being busy.

This map suits anyone with a home in one of the villages of Pont-à-Celles, or anyone who has cycled the canal towpath between Brussels and Charleroi. It captures the everyday landscape of central Belgium in a precise, uncluttered way.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be personalised, with a village name or a moving-in date for example. The poster comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Blueprint works especially well with the canal's engineered lines.
