Selangau Map Poster & Print
Selangau lies in central Sarawak, on the island of Borneo, between the larger towns of Sibu and Bintulu. It is a small administrative centre in a landscape of lowland forest, plantations and rivers, and on a map the town occupies only a modest patch of this wide green territory.
The Pan Borneo Highway passes through the area, forming the dominant line of the map and connecting Selangau to the coast and the towns along it. The town's own streets are few and closely grouped, while longer rural roads branch away toward longhouses, farms and plantation land.
A Selangau map poster shows how settlement in interior Sarawak relates to its surroundings: a small, defined centre, a major road threading through, and the curving lines of rivers crossing large open areas. The composition is sparse and calm, with the landscape itself carrying most of the space.

Winding rivers
Rivers meander through the surrounding lowlands, adding soft, looping curves that contrast with the straighter roads.
Rural branch roads
Smaller roads lead away from the town toward farms, plantations and longhouse communities, spreading thinly across the landscape.
