Siribala Coro Map Poster & Print
Siribala Coro lies in the Ségou region of central Mali, within the Office du Niger, a large irrigation scheme that draws water from the Niger River into a network of canals. The map around the town is shaped by that engineering. Long straight channels and drains run across the plain, and the land between them is divided into large, geometric fields.
Siribala is known for sugar. The irrigated land nearby includes extensive cane plantations and a processing complex, one of the main sugar-producing areas in Mali. From above, the plantations appear as big regular blocks, a sharp contrast to the looser pattern of the town and surrounding villages.
A Siribala Coro map poster shows a town where water management shapes almost every line. Residential streets gather in a compact settlement, while canals, dykes and field boundaries stretch out on all sides in near-perfect geometry. In black and white, that combination of planned irrigation and organic town makes a strong graphic image.

Sugar cane fields
Large rectangular plantations surround Siribala, part of one of Mali's main sugar-producing areas, and show as broad geometric blocks from above.
Compact settlement
The town itself is a tight cluster of streets and compounds, sitting within the regular grid of fields like an island.
