Ponds and reservoirs
Georgiaville Pond and other bodies of water break up the map, and roads bend around their irregular shorelines.

Smithfield Map Poster & Print
Smithfield lies in northern Rhode Island, northwest of Providence. From above, it looks less like a single town and more like a group of villages, including Greenville, Esmond and Georgiaville, spread across wooded hills. Ponds and reservoirs appear throughout, and roads wind between them rather than following a grid.
The Woonasquatucket River once powered mills here, and the old mill villages grew along its course. Smithfield is also known for its apple orchards, a long local tradition, and for Bryant University, whose campus sits on the town's rolling ground near the main highways.
A Smithfield map poster shows a New England town shaped by water and topography. The winding roads, irregular ponds and dispersed clusters of houses create an organic composition. The straight line of the interstate and the formal layout of the campus add contrast. It reads almost like a landscape drawing.

Mill villages
Historic villages grew along the Woonasquatucket River. Each forms its own small cluster of streets within the larger town.
Bryant campus
The university's buildings and grounds sit in a planned arrangement on open land, clearly different from the surrounding residential roads.

Smithfield means something to Bryant alumni, families from its villages, and anyone who has picked apples in its orchards. The title and date can mark a graduation, a wedding or a first home.
