Airport runway
The runway of Lublin Airport sits on the town's edge. It is a long, sharp line on the map, and it stands in clear contrast to the smaller residential blocks.

Świdnik Map Poster & Print
Świdnik lies just east of Lublin and largely took shape after the Second World War. It grew alongside a helicopter and aircraft factory that is still the town's defining industry. Because it was planned, the layout is more regular than in older Polish towns. Residential blocks, straight avenues and green spaces fit together in a clear, deliberate pattern.
On the map, the long runway of Lublin Airport, built on Świdnik's territory, is unmistakable. It draws a hard straight line beside the town. The factory grounds form another large block. Świdnik also has a place in modern Polish history: in July 1980, workers there began a strike that was part of the wave of protests leading to the Solidarity movement.
A Świdnik map poster brings these elements together in one clean composition: the planned residential core, the industrial zone and the runway. Printed in black and white, the town looks almost like a technical drawing. That fits a place built around engineering and aviation, and it gives the sheet a character quite different from the older, more winding towns nearby.

Factory grounds
The large site of the helicopter works forms a distinct block next to the town. It reflects the industry that shaped Świdnik from the start.
Planned centre
Straight streets, housing estates and green strips in the town centre follow a post-war plan. They give the map an orderly, measured rhythm.

Świdnik means something particular to people who worked at the factory, grew up in its housing estates or flew out of the airport. A map of the town is a reminder of that shared history of work and flight.
You can personalise the poster with a title, a subtitle and the coordinates line. For example, you could mark a year that matters to your family. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Blueprint suits the town's engineering character.
