Waliso Map Poster & Print
Waliso, also written Woliso, lies southwest of Addis Ababa on the main road to Jimma, in the highlands of Oromia. It serves as an administrative and market centre for the surrounding farming districts. From above, the town is organised along that highway, with the busiest streets close to it and residential areas extending outward on either side.
The terrain is gently rolling, and the street pattern follows it without much strictness. Some blocks near the centre are close to regular, while outer neighbourhoods spread in looser shapes toward fields and small streams. Churches, schools and a hospital occupy larger plots that appear as open spaces within the finer grain of housing.
The surrounding area is known for its thermal springs, which have long drawn visitors from the capital looking for a short escape. A Waliso map poster keeps its focus on the town itself, the long highway line and the network growing from it, a calm, clear portrait of a highland crossroads.

Rolling highland streets
Away from the highway, streets bend gently with the undulating ground, forming irregular blocks that give the map a relaxed, uneven rhythm.
Farmland edges
At the outskirts, the built-up area gives way to open fields and scattered tracks, leaving white space that frames the town's compact centre.

A map of Waliso makes a fitting gift for someone who grew up here, studied in the town or keeps family ties in the region. It records the place through its streets alone, calm and uncluttered, without the noise of a photograph.
Choose your own title and subtitle, perhaps a family name or the year you left, and add a date or edit the coordinates. The five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, range from bold and graphic to soft and warm.
