Old and new districts
Irregular older streets sit beside tidier residential blocks built more recently. On the map you can see the moment the town began to grow quickly.

Astraviec Map Poster & Print
Astraviec lies in the Grodno region of Belarus, only a short distance from the Lithuanian border and not far from Vilnius. The town has become widely known because the Belarusian nuclear power plant was built nearby. On a map, though, the town itself stays modest: a small centre, a handful of main roads, and farmland and woods reaching up to its edges.
The older part of town has an informal pattern of streets lined with houses and gardens. Newer housing districts, added as the power plant brought workers and their families, are laid out more regularly. Around the town, small lakes, streams and forest patches break up the fields. This is typical of the glacial landscape of northwestern Belarus.
An Astraviec map poster shows two layers of growth side by side. The older, looser streets sit next to the neater geometry of newer blocks, and scattered water surrounds both. In black and white that difference stands out clearly. The map keeps a place on the Belarusian–Lithuanian border in view in a simple, legible form.

Glacial lakes nearby
Small lakes and ponds dot the surrounding countryside and appear as clean white shapes. This is a characteristic feature of the landscape in Belarus's northwestern corner.
Border country roads

This map suits people with roots in the Grodno region or anyone who helped build the town's newer districts. It turns a small borderland town into a quiet, personal print.
You can edit the title, subtitle and coordinates line, whether you want to write the name in Belarusian or Russian or add a meaningful year. Paper and Sand bring out the rural edges, and Classic black & white keeps the street pattern crisp. Noir and Blueprint are also available.
