Delcevo Map Poster & Print
Delčevo is a town in eastern North Macedonia, close to the border with Bulgaria, in the Maleševo region. It lies in the valley of the Bregalnica river, surrounded by hills and mountains. The town was known as Carevo Selo until 1950, when it was renamed in honour of Goce Delčev, the revolutionary leader of the early twentieth century.
On a map, the Bregalnica is the defining feature. The river runs through the town, and the main streets follow its course before spreading into residential blocks on the flatter ground on either side. Bridges connect the two banks. Beyond the edge of town, roads climb into the surrounding hills towards villages and the border crossing.
A Delcevo map poster suits people who grew up here and those in the diaspora who keep strong ties to the town. It shows the essential form of Delčevo clearly: a river valley settlement shaped by water and hills, compact enough to fit in one frame and distinct enough to recognise immediately.

River bridges
Several crossings connect the two sides of town. On the map they appear as short links across the water, tying the halves of the settlement together.
Valley and hills
The town sits in a valley surrounded by high ground. Roads leave the centre and wind upwards, giving the edges of the map an irregular, rural feel.

Many families from eastern Macedonia now live abroad, and a map of the home town is a simple way to keep it close. It works well as a gift for parents or grandparents who remember the town as it was.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, including Cyrillic text if you prefer. The Blueprint style makes the river stand out clearly. Download digital files for $9 or order a print with an optional wooden frame.
