Nongstoin Map Poster & Print
Nongstoin is the headquarters of West Khasi Hills district in Meghalaya, set on the upland plateau of northeastern India. The terrain is hilly and broken, and on a map the town's roads follow ridges and contours, curving around slopes rather than forming any regular pattern.
Houses and public buildings are spread along these winding roads, with denser clusters where the ground levels out. Around the town, pine and mixed forest cover the hills, and streams run in the valleys below. The main road connects Nongstoin eastward toward Shillong across the plateau.
A Nongstoin map poster shows a town shaped entirely by its terrain: looping roads, scattered buildings and a landscape of hills and valleys all around. The result is an organic composition that reads well in black and white, where the curves take centre stage.

Forested hills
Pine and mixed forest surround the town, and the uneven terrain appears as open space broken by paths and streams.
District centre
As the headquarters of West Khasi Hills, Nongstoin gathers roads from across the district, creating a small hub on the plateau.
