Olupona Map Poster & Print
Olupona is a town in Osun State in southwestern Nigeria, in the wooded, farmed countryside of the Yoruba heartland. From above, the settlement spreads along its main roads, with clusters of houses and smaller lanes branching from them. Farmland and trees surround the built-up area, and the edges of the town blend gradually into the rural landscape.
Like many Yoruba towns, Olupona has a traditional ruler and a strong sense of community identity, and farming is important to the local economy. The town's connections to nearby towns and to larger centres in Osun State run along its roads, which shape the way it has grown.
An Olupona map poster emphasises the town's open structure. The main roads cross the frame as clear lines, the residential areas form irregular clusters beside them, and the countryside leaves plenty of space around the settlement. The print is quiet and understated, suited to someone who knows the town well.

Residential clusters
Houses and short lanes gather in irregular groups beside the roads, creating an organic, uneven texture across the centre of the print.
Green surroundings
Farmland and trees surround the town on all sides, so the built-up area appears as a compact shape within a large open space.
