Palm gardens
Date palm plots surround parts of the town and form small rectangular parcels and irrigation lines that give the map a fine, farm-like texture.

Şafwá Map Poster & Print
Şafwá lies in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, a short distance inland from the Gulf coast and north of Qatif. It belongs to the historic Qatif oasis, where springs and groundwater supported extensive date palm cultivation for centuries. The town grew among these gardens, and on the map the palm plots still sit close to its residential streets.
The older quarters around the centre have a compact, irregular street pattern. Newer districts on the outskirts follow the broad, regular grid seen across the Eastern Province. Major highways connecting Dammam, Qatif and Jubail pass nearby and draw long straight lines across the map, while the farms and date groves between them create a denser, finer texture.
A Şafwá map poster brings these contrasting patterns together: the older town fabric, the planned blocks and the green belt of palms that defines the oasis. For residents and people with family in the town, it is a precise and personal record of home that goes beyond the generic image of a Gulf city.
