Zira Map Poster & Print
Zira lies in Firozpur District in Indian Punjab, on the flat, fertile plain between the Sutlej and the towns of the Malwa region. The land is intensively farmed, and the town serves as a local centre for the surrounding villages. Its older streets form a close, irregular core, while newer blocks spread out along the main roads.
Like many towns in this part of Punjab, Zira is closely tied to agriculture, and its grain market is an important part of the local economy during harvest seasons. Canals and irrigation channels cross the landscape nearby, and roads link the town to Firozpur, Moga and the rest of the district.
A Zira map poster shows a working town on open ground. The dense centre, the roads leading out in several directions and the plain spreading around them give a simple, well-balanced composition. It reflects the structure of rural Punjab without needing any added decoration.

Crossroads layout
Main roads meet in town and leave toward neighbouring cities, pulling the newer neighbourhoods outward along their routes.
Farm plain
Flat, irrigated fields surround the town, left mostly as white space that frames the streets and gives the poster its calm.

Many people with roots in Zira now live abroad, and a map of their home town is a meaningful thing to hang in a new home. It also makes a considered gift for parents or grandparents.
You can personalise the title and subtitle, perhaps with a family name or a year, and change the coordinates. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Paper gives it a warm, softer finish.
