North Little Rock Map Poster & Print
North Little Rock lies on the north bank of the Arkansas River, directly across from the state capital, and the river is the defining line of its map. Several bridges, from road crossings to pedestrian spans, connect the two downtowns, while the city itself spreads north and east in a mixture of older grid streets, rail yards and wooded suburban neighbourhoods.
The historic Argenta district forms the core near the river, and the city's railroad heritage shows in the long lines of track and yards. Burns Park, one of the largest city parks in the country, occupies a broad stretch of riverfront, and the Big Dam Bridge nearby carries walkers and cyclists over the Murray Lock and Dam.
In the Lakewood area stands the Old Mill, a replica water mill that appears in the opening of Gone with the Wind. A North Little Rock map poster gathers these pieces together, the river, bridges, parks and neighbourhoods, into one clear composition that stands on its own rather than as a footnote to its neighbour.

Burns Park
This large park fills a sweeping stretch along the river west of the city centre, appearing on the map as a wide open area threaded with trails and roads.
Argenta and the rail yards
Next to the river, the older grid of the Argenta district meets long bands of railway track, a reminder of the role the railroad played in the city's growth.

چرا North Little Rock
نقشه‌ای با معنا
Living across the river from a capital gives North Little Rock its own identity, and residents tend to be proud of it. A map centred on this side of the Arkansas makes that point quietly and looks good in any room.
