Highbury Fields
The long, open green space is the largest break in the dense terraces. It forms a clear pale shape near the centre of the print.

Ang mapa
Highbury Map Poster & Print
Highbury lies in the London Borough of Islington, north of the City. On the map it is a close weave of Victorian terraces and garden squares, with Highbury Fields providing the largest open space: a long, green area just north of Highbury Corner. The main roads and railway lines around Highbury & Islington station frame the neighbourhood's southern edge.
For many people, Highbury means football. Arsenal played at the Highbury stadium from 1913 to 2006, before moving to the Emirates Stadium nearby. The old ground was turned into flats, called Highbury Square, and the famous Art Deco East and West stands were kept as part of the development, around a garden where the pitch used to be.
A Highbury map poster places all of this in a single frame: the regular terraced streets, the open rectangle of the fields, the former stadium's footprint and the busy junction at Highbury Corner. It is a detailed but orderly piece of London, well suited to a monochrome print.

Highbury Square
Arsenal's former stadium is now residential, with the old stands arranged around a central garden. Its rectangular outline is still recognisable from above.
Terraced streets
Rows of Victorian terraces and garden squares form a fine, regular texture across the neighbourhood and give the map its London character.

Isang mapang may kahulugan
The map means a lot to Arsenal supporters who remember the old ground, and to anyone who has lived in the terraces around Highbury Fields. It is a neighbourhood-scale portrait of London, detailed enough to find your own street.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, for example with a matchday, a moving date or a house number. Choose from five styles, including Noir and Blueprint. The $9 HD files come in six sizes, and matte prints can be ordered with an optional wooden frame.
