Ang mapa
Lulou Map Poster & Print
Lulou lies in the far northwest of Jiangsu, in the Xuzhou area, on a wide alluvial plain shaped over centuries by the old course of the Yellow River. From above the landscape is flat and ordered: fields in long rectangles, irrigation ditches, tree-lined roads and villages set at regular intervals.
The town itself forms a compact centre where roads from the surrounding countryside meet. Its streets are laid out mostly at right angles, with newer buildings along the main routes and older lanes behind them.
A Lulou map poster shows how clearly a plains town can read from above. The straight lines of roads and canals fill the sheet with a quiet geometric rhythm, and the town sits at their intersection.

Crossroads centre
Roads from the surrounding villages meet in the town, whose streets form a small, dense grid at the heart of the map.
Village clusters
Small settlements are spread evenly across the plain, and they appear as scattered dark shapes among the lighter lines of the fields.

Bakit Lulou
Isang mapang may kahulugan
Lulou is home for families who have farmed this plain for generations, and for many who have moved to bigger cities. A map of the town and its fields is a simple, personal picture of where they come from.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, for instance with a family name or a meaningful year. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, as $9 print files or a matte printed poster.
