Ang mapa
Onda Map Poster & Print
Onda sits in the interior of the province of Castellón, near the valley of the Mijares. The town grew around a hill topped by a Moorish-era castle, sometimes called the castle of the three hundred towers. On a map, the old centre forms a knot of short, winding streets on the slopes below the castle, a clear contrast with the straighter streets of later expansion.
Onda is one of the centres of Spain's ceramic tile industry, and the region around it produces a large share of the country's tiles. That industry is visible from above. Large rectangular factory buildings and industrial estates spread across the flat land around the town, alongside orchards and roads.
An Onda map poster captures three textures. There is the organic medieval core around the castle hill, the more regular modern districts, and the broad geometric blocks of industry and farmland beyond. It is an unusually layered view of a small Valencian town.

Ceramic districts
Large industrial estates surround the town, their big rectangular buildings forming a strong geometric contrast with the medieval centre.
Towards the Mijares
The land falls away towards the river valley, where orchards and irrigated plots add a finer pattern to the surrounding landscape.

Bakit Onda
Isang mapang may kahulugan
Onda means different things to different people, from the families who have worked in its ceramics for generations to visitors who climb up to the castle. A map of the town brings all of it together in one clean image.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line with a name, a date or a line of your own. Then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Sand echoes the warm Valencian light.
