São Francisco River
Brazil's great northeastern river runs wide past the town, and its islands and channels create a flowing open space along one side of the poster.

Ang mapa
Propriá Map Poster & Print
Propriá stands on the right bank of the São Francisco River in northern Sergipe, facing the state of Alagoas across the water. The river defines any map of the town. It sweeps past the urban edge as a wide band with islands and sandbars in its channel, and the older streets run parallel to its bank.
The BR-101 bridge across the São Francisco links Propriá with Porto Real do Colégio on the opposite shore. It has made the town a crossing point on one of Brazil's main north–south routes. On paper the bridge is a single firm line spanning the river, drawing the eye from the Sergipe side to the Alagoas side.
A Propriá map poster works because of this balance between water and street. The riverbank gives the town a strong natural edge, the older blocks near the water carry most of the detail, and newer districts spread inland over low hills. Printed in black and white, the São Francisco becomes a broad, calm shape that frames everything else.

The bridge to Alagoas
A single span crosses the river to Porto Real do Colégio. It links two states and makes Propriá a waypoint on the BR-101 highway.
Riverside blocks
The oldest streets run close to the bank and form a tight grid, which loosens as the town climbs and spreads inland.

Bakit Propriá
Isang mapang may kahulugan
The São Francisco carries deep meaning in this part of Brazil, and a map of a town on its bank captures that connection well. It makes a thoughtful gift for someone from Propriá or for anyone who has crossed that bridge.
Personalise the title and subtitle, perhaps with a family name or a date, and set the coordinates line. The styles are Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, and a free watermarked preview lets you check the result first.
