El Nido Map Poster & Print
El Nido lies at the northern tip of Palawan in the Philippines, and its map is mostly water. The town itself is a thin strip of streets squeezed between steep limestone cliffs and the curve of Bacuit Bay. Offshore, dozens of islands rise straight out of the sea, their outlines jagged and irregular, turning the bay into a scattered archipelago.
These karst islands and their lagoons, beaches and sheer rock walls have made El Nido one of the best-known destinations in the country. The area is also a protected marine and land reserve. The town's name comes from the nests of swiftlets built into the cliffs, which were once collected for bird's-nest soup.
An El Nido map poster places the small grid of the town against a sea full of islands. The contrast between the tight settlement and the wide, fragmented bay is what makes the print stand out. It is well suited to people who visited, dived or worked here and want the shape of the bay on the wall.

Cliff-backed town
The town occupies a narrow strip between the beach and steep cliffs, so its streets form a slim, linear pattern along the shore.
Lagoons and coves
Enclosed lagoons and small coves cut into the islands, adding intricate inner shorelines to the outlines of the larger landmasses.

למה El Nido
מפה עם משמעות
For many people El Nido is a trip they return to in memory: island-hopping, snorkelling, sunsets over the bay. A map captures that coastline more quietly than a photograph and works well in a bedroom or a travel-themed wall. Its shape is instantly recognisable to anyone who has been.
Add a title, subtitle and coordinates line, such as the dates of your trip or a honeymoon, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The $9 digital files include six sizes with no watermark. Printed posters on matte paper with optional framing are also available.
