Itarantim Map Poster & Print
Itarantim lies in the southwest of Bahia, in northeastern Brazil, in a region where cattle ranching shapes both the economy and the landscape. From above, the town appears as a compact grid of streets surrounded by wide expanses of pasture, with scattered farm roads leading out into the countryside.
The centre follows a fairly regular pattern, typical of many small towns in the Brazilian interior, with a main street and blocks arranged around it. Beyond the last houses, the map opens up quickly, marked only by rural roads that follow the rolling ground toward ranches and neighbouring municipalities.
An Itarantim map poster presents this clear contrast between a small, orderly town and the vast open land around it. The simplicity of the composition is its strength: a neat block of streets, a few connecting roads and plenty of empty space, drawn in clean monochrome lines.
