Casselberry is in Seminole County, just north of Orlando. From above, water is the first thing you notice. Lakes of many sizes sit among the neighbourhoods, and the streets bend around their shorelines in loops and cul-de-sacs. The city takes its name from Hibbard Casselberry, the developer who shaped the area in the 1920s and 1930s before it incorporated in 1940.
