Stanitsa grid
Long parallel streets cross at right angles and form stretched rectangular blocks, which is typical of Kuban Cossack settlements. On paper the result is highly regular.

Novopokrovskaya Map Poster & Print
Novopokrovskaya is a stanitsa in the northeast of Krasnodar Krai and the administrative centre of its district. Like many Cossack settlements on the Kuban plain, it was laid out on a broad, regular plan. Long parallel streets run for kilometres and cross at right angles, and deep household plots fill each block. Seen from above, the settlement looks like a carefully ruled sheet laid over flat farmland.
The grid is what defines it. Streets here are wide and generous, and the blocks are stretched rather than square. That gives the map a steady, measured rhythm, with few curves apart from where the land dips toward water or a railway cuts through at an angle. Past the last street, cultivated fields continue the same geometry out to the horizon.
A Novopokrovskaya map poster turns that order into a clean graphic image. The plan has so much repetition that it reads almost like a textile pattern, broken only by a diagonal road or the course of a stream. It is a good choice for someone who grew up in the Kuban countryside and remembers how straight the streets ran.

Deep plots
Each block holds deep household gardens behind the street frontage, so the drawn lines sit wide apart and the whole plan feels open and airy.
Steppe surroundings
Flat farmland runs right up to the edge of the settlement. The fields repeat the grid's straight lines and give the map a calm, even border.
