Rass el Djebel, also written Ras Jebel, is a town in Bizerte Governorate on Tunisia's northern coast, between the city of Bizerte and the Gulf of Tunis. It sits slightly inland from the Mediterranean, on gently rising ground above a fertile coastal plain.
The map shows a compact centre of close, irregular streets, typical of older North African towns, surrounded by newer districts on more regular blocks.
