Bushey Map Poster & Print
Bushey lies in Hertfordshire, just south-east of Watford and close to the northern edge of London. The land climbs toward Bushey Heath, which is among the highest ground in the area, and from above the town is a mixture of curving residential streets, cul-de-sacs, playing fields and pockets of woodland.
The older village centre, with its high street and church, forms a small core. In the late nineteenth century the painter Hubert von Herkomer founded an art school here, and Bushey became home to a community of artists whose studios and houses are still part of its story.
A Bushey map poster has the pleasant, loose texture of English suburban planning. Winding roads, crescents and closes weave around green spaces, the high street threads through the centre, and the larger open areas give the drawing breathing room.

Crescents and closes
Much of the town is laid out in curving roads and cul-de-sacs, creating soft, looping shapes that give the map a gentle rhythm.
