Urban grid
Broad, straight avenues divide the centre into large, regular blocks. This gives the map a clean, ordered appearance that reads well in black and white.

Feicheng Map Poster & Print
Feicheng is a county-level city under Tai'an in western Shandong province, on the plain south-west of Mount Tai. From above, its centre shows a fairly regular grid of broad avenues and large blocks, typical of modern Chinese cities. Newer districts extend outward, and hills rise in parts of the surrounding countryside.
The city is best known for its peaches. Feicheng peaches have been grown here for centuries and are one of the region's recognised local products, so orchards make up much of the landscape around the urban area. In a wider frame, rural roads and field boundaries fan out from the city into this farmland.
A Feicheng map poster captures the clear, rectilinear structure of the centre and the looser pattern of the countryside around it. The $9 digital download includes six print sizes, each as a 300 DPI PNG and a print-ready PDF with no watermark. Printed versions on matte paper are available with an optional wooden frame.

Orchard country
Farmland and orchards surround the city. On the map they show as a finer web of lanes and plot boundaries around the denser urban core.
Hills at the edges
Low hills rise in parts of the surrounding countryside. There the roads begin to curve and the street pattern thins out, softening the edges of the composition.
