Organic lanes
Streets follow the lie of the land and old property lines rather than a planned grid. The soft, irregular pattern reads well in fine black lines.

Gobindpur Map Poster & Print
Gobindpur is a town in southeastern Jharkhand, within the wider orbit of Jamshedpur, one of eastern India's major industrial cities. It lies on the rolling terrain of the Chota Nagpur plateau. On the map it is a loose fabric of residential lanes and older village cores, with open ground and farmland still visible between them.
The region around it is shaped by the steel industry and the mineral wealth of the plateau, and many residents are tied in some way to the jobs and institutions of the Jamshedpur area. The land is gently hilly, with scattered woodland, ponds and paddy fields, and settlements grow outward along the roads that link them to the city.
A Gobindpur map poster shows a place still taking shape. The pattern is looser than in a planned city: lanes curve with the ground, ponds sit among the houses, and the roads to neighbouring towns form the clearest lines on the sheet. It is an unassuming, honest portrait of a town on the plateau.

Ponds and tanks
Small bodies of water are scattered among the houses and fields, as is common across the plateau, and show on the map as crisp, solid shapes.
Link roads
The roads connecting the town to Jamshedpur and nearby settlements are the strongest lines on the sheet, and new building tends to gather along them.
