Contour-following roads
Streets and rural roads bend around the hills instead of cutting through them. The result is an organic-looking network on the map, with long curves and sudden turns.

Longhua Map Poster & Print
Longhua lies in the western part of Chongqing municipality, in the hilly country of the Sichuan Basin. Here the land rarely stays flat for long. Low, rounded hills alternate with narrow valleys, and settlements grow wherever roads can run level. From above, the town is a cluster of streets tucked between slopes, surrounded by fields and ponds.
Maps of this part of China have a fine, almost hand-drawn texture. Local roads twist to follow ridges and streams, small reservoirs and ponds are scattered across the countryside, and newer, straighter streets sit beside older lanes. Several places in China are called Longhua, and this page is about the town in Chongqing.
A Longhua map poster reduces this intricate landscape to line and space. Clusters of buildings, winding roads and patches of water form a quiet composition that still carries the feel of the terrain. It is a fitting keepsake for anyone with family roots here, or for people who have lived and worked in the Chongqing countryside.

Ponds and reservoirs
Small bodies of water dot the farmland around the town. In black and white they become crisp shapes that punctuate the fine linework of roads and lanes.
Sichuan Basin terrain
The town sits in the broad basin around Chongqing, a landscape of low hills and farmed valleys. Even a small map of it has a sense of movement and depth.

Miért Longhua?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
For many people, a place like Longhua is home rather than a destination: the town of parents or grandparents, or of a first job. A precise map keeps that connection on the wall, whether the wall is in Chongqing or on another continent.
Add a title in your own words, a subtitle such as a family name or a date, and the coordinates line. Choose one of five styles, from Classic black & white to Blueprint, then download the files for $9 or order a printed poster.
