Fox River
The river flows through the middle of the village. It is crossed by a few road bridges and broken by a dam and a small island near the historic centre.

North Aurora Map Poster & Print
North Aurora sits on the Fox River in Kane County, directly north of the city of Aurora, on the outer edge of the Chicago metropolitan area. The river runs roughly north to south through the village, and the map divides along it. An older core lies near the water. Newer subdivisions of curving streets and cul-de-sacs spread east and west across former farmland.
The Fox has always shaped the village. Riverside paths follow its banks as part of the Fox River Trail, a long regional bike route. Here the river is broken by a dam and a small island, both clear on a close-in map. Larger roads frame the village, including the Interstate 88 corridor to the south, and connect it to the rest of the region.
A North Aurora map poster is a good example of how a suburban plan can look graphic in black and white. The fine loops of residential streets contrast with the straight main roads and the soft line of the river. The result is calm and organised, and it feels personal to anyone who lives on one of those streets.

Riverside trail
The Fox River Trail follows the water through North Aurora. It forms a continuous green corridor linking the village with neighbouring towns up and down the valley.
Curving subdivisions
Away from the river, residential neighbourhoods form loops, crescents and cul-de-sacs. Their fine, looping texture fills the map between the main roads.

Miért North Aurora?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
Many people who hang this map bought their first house here, raised children near the Fox, or moved away and miss the riverside paths. A street map of North Aurora turns an ordinary suburban address into something worth framing, a record of where part of a life took place.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with a street name and a moving-in date. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then order an 18×24″ or 24×36″ print or download HD files for $9.
