Branching road network
Tracks spread outward from the settlement's centre in irregular lines. Together they form a web that follows the terrain instead of a surveyed plan.

A térkép
Pajok Map Poster & Print
Pajok sits in the far south of South Sudan, in Eastern Equatoria, near the border with Uganda. From above it is not a compact town but a loose web. Unpaved roads and footpaths branch between clusters of homesteads, cultivated plots and patches of woodland. The rolling land around it is greener than much of the country.
Places like this give a map a different texture from a planned grid. Lines curve with the ground, meet at small open spaces and fade into the countryside without a clear edge. In black and white, that looseness becomes the subject. The shapes are organic and uneven, and every junction comes from years of people walking and driving the same routes.
A Pajok map poster suits anyone with a personal tie to the town: people who grew up there, returned to it, or worked in the region. The printed version keeps the layout clear at every size. You can order a finished poster on matte paper, or download the HD files and print them wherever is most convenient.

Border hill country
The town lies in the uplands of southern Eastern Equatoria, not far from Uganda. The land around it is more wooded and undulating than the plains further north.
Open settlement edges
Homesteads and fields thin out slowly instead of stopping at a hard boundary. On the map, the town seems to dissolve into the landscape around it.

Miért Pajok?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
For many people, Pajok is a place carried in memory from a distance. A map of its roads is a quiet way to keep that connection on the wall, and it gives family members something concrete to point to.
You can add a title, a subtitle such as a family name or a year, and the coordinates line. Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Paper and Sand suit this landscape particularly well.
