Old town cluster
The historic centre is a dense knot of narrow lanes. It stands out as the most detailed and darkest part of the drawing.

La mappa
Bhāyāvadar Map Poster & Print
Bhāyāvadar is a town in the Rajkot district of Gujarat, on the Saurashtra peninsula. The surrounding landscape is broad and fairly flat, with cotton and groundnut fields and occasional low rises. From above, the town forms a compact cluster, and roads run out across the plain toward neighbouring towns.
Like many Saurashtra towns, it has an older centre of tightly packed streets surrounded by newer housing and wider roads. Seasonal rivers cross the region and fill mainly during the monsoon. Their dry beds can still be seen on the map as winding lines through the fields.
A Bhāyāvadar map poster is about clarity: a dense centre, a few confident radiating roads, and a calm field pattern stretching to the edges. It captures the typical shape of a Saurashtra market town without embellishment, and is best suited to people who know the place from the ground.

Straight country roads
Roads leave the town in nearly straight lines across the flat land, giving the map a clear, star-like structure.
Seasonal riverbeds
Monsoon rivers wind across the plain, and even when dry they add curving lines that soften the geometry of the fields.
