La mappa
General Salipada K. Pendatun Map Poster & Print
General Salipada K. Pendatun is a municipality in the interior of Maguindanao, on the island of Mindanao. Its map does not center on one dense town. Instead, barangays are spread across the landscape, linked by provincial roads and farm tracks. Agricultural land fills the gaps, and streams run through the lower ground towards the larger river systems of central Mindanao.
The municipality is named after Salipada K. Pendatun, a Maguindanaon leader who commanded guerrilla forces in Mindanao during the Second World War and later served as a senator of the Philippines. Many of the municipality's residents are Maguindanaon, and farming shapes both daily life and the pattern of the land.
A General Salipada K. Pendatun map poster is sparse and open. The roads trace long lines between settlements, streams draw irregular curves, and small clusters of houses mark each barangay center. It captures a rural Mindanao landscape where the land between the villages matters as much as the villages themselves.

Farmland and streams
Agricultural plots and winding streams fill the space between the barangays, giving the map a loose, organic texture.
