La mappa
Jiushan Map Poster & Print
Jiushan lies in the hill country of central Shandong, a region of low mountains, terraced slopes and river valleys. On the map, the town sits on the lower ground. Its main streets follow the direction of the valley, and smaller lanes branch off towards the surrounding villages and farmland.
Central Shandong is an old agricultural landscape, and small towns like Jiushan serve as local centres for the villages around them. Roads connect the town to larger places nearby, running along the valleys where the gradient is easiest. Beyond the streets, the map quickly opens up into fields and hillsides.
A Jiushan map poster shows a modest town set within a larger landscape. The built-up area is compact and practical, and the lines of roads and streams fill the space around it. It is a quiet map, and it suits people who know the place well and want to keep a simple record of it on their wall.

Perché Jiushan
Una mappa che ha un significato
Jiushan is hung by people who grew up there and by families who have moved to larger cities but still think of it as home. A small town among hills makes a calm and personal poster.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, including a name in Chinese characters or a meaningful date. Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
