The town grows along a central road, and shorter lanes branch off it. This linear core anchors the map among the surrounding fields.

La mappa
Longfeng Map Poster & Print
This Longfeng is a town within Chongqing municipality, in the rolling hills of the eastern Sichuan Basin. The landscape here is dense with low ridges and shallow valleys. Farmland climbs the slopes in terraces, and small reservoirs and ponds catch water for the fields.
From above, the town is a compact settlement along one or two main streets, with newer buildings added along the roads that lead out of it. The surrounding map is detailed: country roads loop around hills, paths cut between terraces, and scattered hamlets sit where the ground levels out.
A Longfeng map poster shows how closely building and farming are woven together in this part of China. There is no sharp line where the town ends. Its streets gradually loosen into the rural road network, and the curving contours of the hills give the whole sheet a steady rhythm.

Terraced hills
Cultivated slopes around the town create curving, stepped patterns, and the roads bend to follow them around each low ridge.
Ponds and reservoirs
Small bodies of water are scattered between the fields. They show as calm, open shapes within the dense rural network.
