La mappa
Nova Granada Map Poster & Print
Nova Granada is a municipality in the northwest of São Paulo state, in the region around São José do Rio Preto. Like many towns in the interior of the state, it was laid out on a regular grid, and from above its streets form an orderly chequerboard of near-square blocks that ends abruptly where farmland begins.
The surrounding countryside is flat to gently rolling, and beyond the town the map is dominated by long straight roads and the broad geometry of large fields. Small watercourses and lines of trees mark the lower ground between properties. The contrast between the fine urban grid and the wide rural pattern is one of the most characteristic sights of interior São Paulo.
A Nova Granada map poster makes the most of that order. The repeating blocks create a calm, even rhythm on the page, broken only by the roads that lead out toward neighbouring towns. It is a clean, architectural image that suits a minimalist interior as well as it suits a family photo wall.

Roads across the plain
Regional roads run out of town in long, nearly straight lines, linking Nova Granada with the São José do Rio Preto area and the farming districts around it.
Farmland edge
Where the grid stops, large rural properties take over, and the poster shows a sharp boundary between dense urban blocks and the open, lightly marked countryside.
