Sigatoka River
The wide river flows past the town and out to the sea, forming the strongest shape on the map and dividing the town centre from the land across the water.

La mappa
Sigatoka Map Poster & Print
Sigatoka is a town on the southern coast of Viti Levu, Fiji's largest island, on the stretch known as the Coral Coast. It sits near the mouth of the Sigatoka River, one of the longest rivers in Fiji, and the river's broad channel dominates the map as it curves past the town towards the Pacific.
The surrounding valley is fertile and heavily cultivated, and it is often called Fiji's salad bowl for the vegetables grown along the river. Close to the town, the Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park protects a long line of high coastal dunes, an unusual landscape in the Pacific and an important archaeological site.
A Sigatoka map poster combines river, coastline and a compact town centre in one image. The Queens Road crosses the river here on its way along the south coast, and its line gives the map a clear east–west axis. The result is a varied composition, with water and sand as important as streets.

Sand dunes
West of the river mouth, the Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park protects a long band of coastal dunes, which appear on the map as an open strip along the shore.
Queens Road crossing
Fiji's main southern highway crosses the river at Sigatoka, linking Nadi with Suva and giving the map a strong line running along the coast.

Perché Sigatoka
Una mappa che ha un significato
Sigatoka is a place people remember from a Coral Coast holiday or from growing up in the river valley. A map of the town and the river mouth is a calm and specific way to recall it, far clearer than a souvenir photograph.
Change the title, subtitle and coordinates to add a date or a name. The map comes in five styles, Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, and printed posters ship from partners in more than 30 countries.
