Teltow Canal
The canal runs through the frame in long, even reaches, with bridges crossing at intervals. Its engineered straightness contrasts with the curving residential streets around it.

La mappa
Teltow Map Poster & Print
Teltow sits directly beyond Berlin's southwestern boundary in Brandenburg, and on a map the line between them is almost invisible. Suburban streets carry on from the Berlin districts next door, while the Teltow Canal runs through the area in long, deliberate straight sections that no river would draw. The small old centre is still readable as a denser cluster of streets around the church.
The canal was built in the early twentieth century to take shipping around central Berlin, and it gave the town its name on a wider stage. During the division of Germany, the Berlin Wall followed Teltow's border with West Berlin, a line that has since been filled with paths and green strips.
A Teltow map poster captures a town shaped by edges: a canal, a former border and the start of a metropolis. The composition moves from Berlin's close grid to more open Brandenburg land, with the waterway as the steady line through the middle.

Former border line
Where the Wall once stood, a thin green corridor now follows the town's northern edge. On the map it reads as a quiet seam between Teltow and Berlin.
Old town cluster
The historic core is a small, tight group of streets around the church, clearly older in shape than the planned housing estates and business parks around it.

Perché Teltow
Una mappa che ha un significato
Teltow suits anyone who lives on the Berlin fringe and wants a map that shows both sides of the line. Commuters, canal cyclists and families who settled here after reunification often want the town shown as it really sits against the capital.
You can set your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, adding a street name or moving-in date if you like. The map comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
