Anliu Map Poster
Anliu is a town in Wuhua County, part of Meizhou in the northeast of Guangdong Province. This is Hakka country, a region of low mountains and narrow valleys, and the map shows it. The town fills the flatter valley floor, while the hills around it stay largely blank, crossed only by winding roads and small streams.
The street pattern is compact and practical, with a main road running through the town and a network of smaller streets and lanes branching out on either side. Beyond the centre, villages and fields follow the valleys. The built-up area thins out quickly as the ground rises into the surrounding hills.
