Miami grid
Numbered streets and avenues cross at right angles across the whole community. The result is a dense, even lattice that gives the poster a strong geometric texture.

Coral Terrace Map Poster & Print
Coral Terrace is a census-designated community in Miami-Dade County, just west of Coral Gables. From above, it is a clear example of the Miami grid. Numbered avenues run north to south and numbered streets run east to west, framing long rectangular blocks of single-family houses with small yards. Major arterials cross it at regular intervals.
Unlike Coral Gables next door, with its winding Mediterranean Revival plan, Coral Terrace was developed as an orderly postwar suburb. The difference is striking on a map. On one side the lines bend and loop, and on the other they fall into a steady pattern of right angles. Schools, parks and small shopping plazas show as occasional larger shapes within the grid.
A Coral Terrace map poster is about rhythm and repetition. The pattern of streets is nearly uniform, so the smaller details stand out: a canal, a park, a school yard, or the point where the grid meets its neighbour. It makes a clean, graphic print that fits modern interiors.

Arterial roads
Wider through-roads cut across the grid at regular spacing. They appear as bolder lines that divide the neighbourhood into large, readable sections.
Edge with Coral Gables
To the east, the straight grid meets the curving planned streets of Coral Gables. That meeting line shows two very different approaches to suburban design.

Coral Terraceを選ぶ理由
想いが詰まった地図
Coral Terrace is where many Miami families have put down roots, often across generations. A map of the neighbourhood records the exact blocks of childhood homes, school routes and the drive to Bird Road or Coral Way.
Personalise the title with your family name or street, add a date to the subtitle, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Noir shows off the grid's precise geometry with particular clarity.
