Handloom lanes
The older part of town is a close mesh of narrow streets and small blocks, the fine-grained pattern that forms where homes and weaving workshops share the same buildings.

Dharmavaram Map Poster & Print
Dharmavaram sits on the dry plateau of Anantapur district in southern Andhra Pradesh. From above it looks like a tight cluster of streets surrounded by open, lightly patterned farmland. Roads leave the centre in several directions toward neighbouring towns, and a railway junction adds long straight lines that cut cleanly across the rural pattern. The contrast between the dense core and the thin countryside gives the map a clear, readable shape.
The town is best known across India for its silk. Dharmavaram handloom saris, woven with broad borders and heavy zari, are sold far beyond Andhra Pradesh, and weaving households fill much of the older part of town. The area is also linked with tholu bommalata, the traditional leather shadow-puppet theatre of Andhra, which gives Dharmavaram a cultural reach larger than its size.
A Dharmavaram map poster keeps all of this in simple ink: the knot of residential lanes, the rail corridor, the roads fanning outward and the pale shapes of water tanks and fields around them. Without labels or colour, the plan becomes a portrait of a working textile town. Few people ever draw a place like this, but anyone who grew up there will recognise it at once.

Railway junction
Dharmavaram is a rail junction, so several lines meet near the town and run off across the plateau. They give the poster long, confident strokes that frame the denser streets.
Tanks and fields
Around the town, irrigation tanks and dryland farms show up as open shapes and scattered tracks, a reminder of how water is stored and shared across this semi-arid part of the Deccan.
