Itajuípe Map Poster & Print
Itajuípe is in the cacao region of southern Bahia, inland from Ilhéus. The town lies in a river valley, and that shapes its whole layout. Streets run along the water and the valley floor in a long band, and side streets climb into the surrounding hills only as far as the slopes allow.
Outside town, the land is used mainly for cacao cultivation. For much of the twentieth century, the crop defined the economy of the region. The plantations follow the traditional cabruca system, with cacao growing beneath taller forest trees. On the map, this appears as open, rolling ground with just a few roads crossing it.
An Itajuípe map poster works best in a wide format that follows the river. The narrow strip of streets and the curving water form a clear line through a green landscape. It feels different from a compact city map, being a town that follows a valley.

Itajuípeを選ぶ理由
想いが詰まった地図
For families from the cacao country and those who have moved to Salvador or farther away, the valley outline feels immediately familiar. The long, flowing shape suits a hallway, a wide wall above a sofa or a place beside the dining table.
You can personalise the title and subtitle, place the coordinates on a farm or family house, and add a date. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
