Old town core
The historic centre is a compact knot of narrow, irregular streets. It is by far the densest part of the map.

Kadi Map Poster & Print
Kadi lies in Mehsana district on the level plains of north Gujarat, within reach of Ahmedabad. From above, the older part of town is a tight cluster of narrow streets and closely packed buildings. Newer residential societies and industrial plots spread around it along the main roads, in looser and more regular patterns.
In the past Kadi was the seat of a district within the princely state of Baroda under the Gaekwads, and traces of that era remain in the old town. Today it is best known as an industrial centre, particularly for cotton ginning and edible oil processing, which draw on the farmland around it.
A Kadi map poster shows the typical layers of a growing Gujarati town. A dense historic centre sits at the heart, ringed by planned housing, with industrial estates on the edges and fields beyond. In black and white, these layers show up clearly and make an understated but specific portrait of the town.

Industrial belt
Ginning and processing units occupy larger plots along the roads leading out of town. Their bigger rectangular shapes are easy to pick out.
Residential societies
Planned housing societies surround the centre in regular blocks. They show how the town has expanded in recent decades.
