Kandamkunnu is a locality in Kannur district in northern Kerala, in the rolling country inland from the Malabar coast. Settlements here rarely form a dense centre. Houses spread along roads and lanes that climb and curve over low laterite hills, among coconut groves, gardens and paddy land in the valleys.
