Māndal Map Poster & Print
Māndal is in Bhilwara district in southern Rajasthan, in the flat, dry country of the Mewar region. Like many towns in the state, it has grown next to a large water tank, a reservoir built to hold monsoon rain, and the tank takes up a large part of the map beside the town.
The older part of the town is a tight network of narrow lanes, alleys and small squares, with no regular grid. Newer streets and scattered buildings spread along the main roads, which lead out to Bhilwara and surrounding villages. Around them lies open farmland crossed by field tracks and small channels.
A Māndal map poster shows the typical structure of a Rajasthani market town, with a dense centre, a large body of water and roads spreading into flat country. It suits people with family roots here, residents who have moved to larger cities, and anyone who likes maps that combine old lanes and water.

Old town lanes
Narrow, winding lanes in the centre create a dense, intricate texture, the darkest and most detailed part of the print.
Roads to Bhilwara
Main roads leave the town across the plain, with newer building strung along them and farmland filling the space between.
