Msowero is a town in the Morogoro Region of Tanzania, in a landscape of farmland and open countryside. From above, the settlement is loose and low-density: a handful of roads meet near a central area, and houses spread outward along tracks and paths. The map shows more open ground than streets, which is typical of rural towns in this part of the country.
Morogoro Region is known for its agriculture, and the land around Msowero reflects that, with fields and grazing ground reaching up to the edges of the town.
