Pinewood Map Poster & Print
Pinewood is a residential community in Miami-Dade County, Florida, just north of the city of Miami. From above, it follows the classic South Florida grid: long, straight numbered streets and avenues crossing at right angles, with blocks of single-family houses filling the spaces between. Major roads mark its edges and carry traffic towards downtown and the coast.
The terrain is completely flat, so nothing interrupts the regularity of the layout. That uniformity is typical of the neighbourhoods that grew out from Miami during the twentieth century, and it gives the map a calm, rhythmic appearance.
A Pinewood map poster turns that grid into a clean pattern of lines and blocks. Its strength is its order, with repeated streets and even spacing, broken only by the heavier lines of the main avenues. It is a quiet, graphic piece for anyone who grew up on these blocks or still lives there.

Main avenues
Heavier through roads border and cross the neighbourhood, standing out as stronger lines that link Pinewood to the rest of Miami-Dade.
Flat, even terrain
With no hills or major waterways inside the area, the grid runs uninterrupted, giving the poster a steady, almost textile-like rhythm.
