Rehli is a town in Sagar district in central Madhya Pradesh, on the plateau country that stretches across Bundelkhand. The Sunar River runs past the settlement, and on a map it is the strongest natural line, a winding course with the town gathered close to its banks.
The street pattern is compact and irregular, typical of an old market town that grew without a formal plan. Lanes meet at odd angles, and a few main roads leave the centre toward neighbouring towns and the district headquarters at Sagar.
