Jordan River edge
The river runs along the eastern boundary, with a trail corridor and open space that forms a gentle, irregular line against the straight streets.

Riverton Map Poster & Print
Riverton sits in the southwest of Salt Lake County, Utah, part of the long valley between the Wasatch Range and the Oquirrh Mountains. Like much of the valley, it follows the regional grid system, so major roads run in straight north-south and east-west lines. Inside those large squares, residential streets curve into loops and cul-de-sacs.
The Jordan River forms the eastern edge of the city, and a green corridor with trails follows its course. To the west, the Mountain View Corridor highway runs north to south. Between them lie neighbourhoods, parks, schools and the remaining traces of the farmland that once defined the area.
Riverton began as a farming settlement in the late nineteenth century and grew quickly as the valley suburbanised. A Riverton map poster shows that layering well: the strict arterial grid inherited from the valley plan, the softer suburban curves within it, and the river line along one side.

Valley grid
Main roads follow the Salt Lake Valley's numbered grid, dividing the city into large, regular blocks that give the map its framework.
Suburban loops
Within each block, residential streets bend into loops and closes, producing a fine, almost organic texture inside a rigid frame.

Rivertonを選ぶ理由
想いが詰まった地図
A Riverton map works well in a family home, marking where children grew up or where a first house was bought. The contrast of grid and curve makes it pleasantly graphic on a plain wall.
Add your family name as the title, a move-in date as the subtitle, and fine-tune the coordinates. Choose from Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
