Sidi Bennour is a town in the Casablanca-Settat region of Morocco, inland from the Atlantic coast on the wide Doukkala plain. The land is flat and agricultural, and the town serves as a market and service centre for the farms around it. The region is known for irrigated farming, including sugar beet, which is processed locally.
